能登半島の最先端、珠洲岬。禄剛崎・金剛崎・長手崎などの岬の総称であり、その中心にあるのが「聖域の岬」です。

714年の『出雲国風土記』に記される国引き神話にも登場するとされ、大地の気流と対馬暖流・リマン寒流がぶつかり合う、世界的にも珍しい地形として知られています。長野県の分杭峠、山梨県の富士山と並ぶ「日本三大パワースポット」のひとつにも数えられ、荒々しい岩礁と紺碧の海が織りなす景観は、一度見たら忘れられません。

At the northeastern tip of the Noto Peninsula lies Suzu Cape — a name that collectively refers to Rokkozaki, Kongozaki, and Nagatezaki. At its heart is the "Sanctuary Cape," a place said to appear in the 8th-century Izumo Fudoki myth of "land-pulling."

Here, the earth's ley currents are said to converge with the warm Tsushima Current and the cold Liman Current, creating a landform rare even by world standards. Ranked alongside Bunkyo Pass and Mt. Fuji as one of Japan's three great power spots, its wild reefs and deep blue sea leave a lasting impression on every visitor.

散策コースガイドWalking Course Guide

駐車場から空中展望台、青の洞窟まで。地点ごとの見どころと所要時間を確認しながら、自分のペースで岬をめぐりましょう。地点は管理画面の「散策コース」から追加・並び替えができます。From the car park to the Sky Bird deck and the Blue Cave — follow each waypoint at your own pace. Add or reorder stops under "Course Spots" in the admin menu.

    出発地点 Starting Point

    駐車場・聖域の岬 自然環境保護センター Car Park & Nature Conservation Center

    ⏱ スタート Start

    受付とチケット売り場、休憩スペースを備えたセンターからコースが始まります。まずは館内でコース全体の地図を確認しましょう。

    遊歩道 Coastal Path

    断崖沿いの遊歩道 Clifftop Walking Path

    ⏱ 徒歩約10分 approx. 10 min walk

    整備された遊歩道を進むと、視界いっぱいに日本海が広がります。潮風を感じながら、荒々しい岩礁の造形をお楽しみください。
    Follow the well-maintained path as the Sea of Japan opens up before you. Feel the sea breeze and take in the wild rock formations.

    絶景ポイント Scenic Viewpoint

    空中展望台 スカイバード Sky Bird Observation Deck

    断崖の先へ大きく張り出した展望台。真下に紺碧の海を望む、コース最大のハイライトです。
    A deck cantilevered far out over the cliff edge — the highlight of the course, with the deep-blue sea directly below.

    下り階段 Descending Stairs

    洞窟エリアへの階段 Stairway to the Cave Area

    ⏱ 徒歩約15分 approx. 15 min walk

    海面近くまで階段を下りていきます。足元が滑りやすい箇所があるため、手すりを使ってゆっくりと進みましょう。
    A stairway descends close to sea level. Footing can be slippery in places — use the handrail and take your time.

    神秘の洞窟 Mystical Cave

    青の洞窟 The Blue Cave

    波音が反響する洞窟内に、外海とは異なる澄んだ青色の水面。コース終盤に待つ、静かなクライマックスです。
    Inside the cave, wave sounds echo around water of a startlingly clear blue. A quiet climax near the end of the course.

    ゴール Goal

    休憩スペース・売店へ Rest Area & Gift Shop

    ⏱ 徒歩約5分 approx. 5 min walk

    コースを一周したら売店で一休み。地元の塩を使ったスイーツやお土産もチェックしてみてください。
    After completing the loop, rest at the gift shop — look out for sweets and souvenirs made with local salt.

About 40 minutes from Noto Satoyama Airport IC via the Noto Satoyama Kaido. Roughly 2h30m from the Hokuriku Expressway.

のと鉄道 穴水駅より路線バスで約1時間。本数が少ないため事前に時刻表のご確認をおすすめします。
About 1 hour by local bus from Anamizu Station (Noto Railway). Buses are infrequent — please check the timetable in advance.
